Please note that we recommend you to start completing your tender response early so that you identify any areas where you need help as soon as possible, as the helpdesk team are likely to be very busy in the days leading up to tender deadlines.

The eSourcing Helpdesk will only be able to assist with technical queries relating to the use of the eSourcing system.

If you have any queries regarding the content of the tender process or tender documentation, you should send a message through the secure messaging service within each RFI / RFQ you are working on. In some tender processes, questions that bank muscat considers to be of wider interest may be collated and answered centrally to ensure that all interested parties have equal access to information in the eSourcing Portal.
